“Option – 1” for Resetting Your Frigidaire Washer

Step 1

Press “Cancel” key or knob from the washer’s control panel.

Step 2

Now select a new cycle by turning the knob or pressing the key.

Step 3

Finally, press the “Start” button or key.

Now your Frigidaire washer is fully reset and it is ready to complete a new cycle. If problem comes back, follow the same steps again.

“Option – 2” for Resetting Your Frigidaire Washer

Step 1

Empty your Frigidaire washer.

Step 2

Turn Off electricity power.

Step 3

Unplug it from electric outlet.

Step 4

Wait 15 to 30 seconds.

Step 5

Plug it again with the electric outlet.

Step 6

Turn On electric power and try pushing simultaneously 2 buttons at a time when your Frigidaire washer is being powered up. Yes, you have done it. Your washer is reset now. If problems continue, follow the steps one more time.

Final Words

You can skip many function related problems by resting your washer. These above mentioned two processes are very much practical. If one process fails, try another one. If both fail to reset, you should ask Frigidaire Support for help mentioning the model number of your washer.
